We close for most legal holidays as we feel it is important to give our employees time off with their families.

Limited Warranty Coverage Details
Pro-Billet Torque Converters™ warrants to the original purchaser that all torque converters manufactured or remanufactured by Pro-Billet Torque Converters™ will be free from material defects if properly installed, serviced and used in accordance with the stated design parameters for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of original purchase. Pro-Billet Torque Converters™ will repair or replace at their option, any part, assembly or portion thereof which upon Pro-Billet Torque Converters™ examination discloses to be defective due to workmanship or materials. Any product returned that has been dismantled, repaired or altered in any way by the customer or a third party will automatically void all warranties. There is no other express warranty except as stated herein. Any and all implied warranties of fitness and merchantability are limited in duration to the duration of this warranty.

What is Not Covered

Normal wear and tear, misuse, customer abuse, neglect, improper storage, handling, maintenance or damage occurring as the result of improper installation and product damage due to accident, or unauthorized repair are not covered. Pro-Billet Torque Converters™ will not allow credit for labor of vehicle or damage caused by improper installation, inadequate cooling or lubrication. It is the responsibility of the installer to insure that all of the components are correct before installation. Proper assembly always requires that the installer measure tolerances for proper clearance. Pro-Billet Torque Converters™ assumes no liability for any errors made in component selection or installation.

Limited Liability

Pro-Billet Torque Converters™ will not be liable for any other expenses incurred by the customer under the terms of this warranty, nor shall be held liable for any damages either consequential, incidental, special, contingent, exemplary, punitive damages or otherwise; or expenses or injury arising directly or indirectly from the use or misuse of any product or Pro-Billet Torque Converters™ manufactured or remanufactured products. The buyer assumes all risks related to purchasing and installing Pro-Billet Torque Converters Brand Torque Converters. No other consequential damages or other charges, implied or expressed are allowed.

The purchase and/or installation of any Pro-Billet Torque Converters™ product(s) in a competitive off road vehicle (or any street driven vehicle operated in an illegal manner) shall indicate an awareness on the part of the purchaser (customer) that he/she is modifying said vehicle to compete with and operate it in a potentially hazardous environment, and as such accepts full responsibility for consequential damages and liabilities thereby indemnifying Pro-Billet Torque Converters™.

The customers sole remedy and Pro-Billet Torque Converters™ obligation under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of its products. Pro-Billet Torque Converters™ liability, in all circumstances, shall not exceed the original purchase price for the item that gives rise to any liability.

Return Procedure

There are (3) guidelines that must be followed in order to return merchandise to Pro-Billet Torque Converters™.

1) Any torque converter returned for a warranty claim must be returned to Pro-Billet Torque Converters™ with shipping and insurance pre-paid. Any units sent without shipping and insurance pre-paid will be refused by Pro-Billet Torque Converters™.

2) Any torque converter warranty claims must have a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA). RMA must be clearly marked on the outside of the box being shipped and on a copy of the original sales receipt which is to be included in the box with the torque converter being shipped to Pro-Billet Torque Converters™. You must also include inside the package an explanation of the problem and cause for return.

3) Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA) will be issued by Pro-Billet Torque Converters™ to the original purchaser only after a copy of the original consumers sales receipt indicating date of sale is received by Pro-Billet Torque Converters™ via U.S.Mail.

Upon any deviation from this policy, any Pro-Billet Torque Converters™ products will not be accepted for warranty consideration. Any out of warranty unit or problems attributed to an illegitimate warranty claim will not be warranted under any circumstances.

Pro-Billet Torque Converters™ is not liable for any taxes or duties associated with international shipments.

Service Procedure
In the event a warranty claim is denied, Pro-Billet Torque Converters™ will contact the returning party with an estimate to repair the unit in question. Repairs will be completed only after authorization is given to Pro-Billet Torque Converters™ by the customer in the form of a cashiers or personal check to be received vial U.S. mail. Check must be made payable to Pro-Billet Torque Converters™ for the total of the repair charge and return shipment costs. Any unit not authorized for repair with full payment for repair from customer within (30) days is subject to Pro-Billet Torque Converters™ right to scrap or dispose of the unit with no credit given to the returning party.

Warranty Arbitration
It is understood between Pro-Billet Torque Converters™ and the purchaser that all disputed matters whatsoever arising under, in connection with or incidental to the purchase of a Pro-Billet Torque Converters™ product shall be litigated, if at all, in and before a court located in Lake County, in the state of Indiana, USA. Pro-Billet Torque Converters™ shall be entitled to reimbursement of all attorneys' fees and any other costs incurred in successfully defending or prosecuting any such litigation.
